spacious room rooftop pool diverse options
the staff was always available. the room was spacious and well-appointed. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, where i found a quiet escape from the city. the breakfast selection offered diverse, flavorful options each morning.
i noticed some minor wear on furniture in the lobby.

rude receptionist lack of professionalism
the staff were helpful at the main gate.
the receptionist was rude during check-in. it was like they weren't aware of the expected level of service. i didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism upon arrival.

minor issues impacted my stay
missed service plastic bottles
the room was clean the bed was comfortable
i had issues with the service the room wasn't serviced one day and i had to request shower gel which never arrived the small plastic bottles for amenities felt wasteful considering the hotel's supposed standard the coffee at breakfast was also not good

unreliable service slow drinks
I experienced a few issues . My room was not serviced one day. I requested shower gel and it never arrived. The pool was great, but it took an unacceptable half hour to get a drink (there seemed to be a system problem).
