the staff was always available. the room was spacious and well-appointed. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, where i found a quiet escape from the city. the breakfast selection offered diverse, flavorful options each morning.
i noticed some minor wear on furniture in the lobby.

the staff were helpful at the main gate.
the receptionist was rude during check-in. it reminded me of they weren't aware of the expected level of service. i didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism upon arrival.

clean roommissed serviceplastic bottles
the room was clean the bed was comfortable
i had issues with the service the room wasn't serviced one day and i had to request shower gel which never arrived the small plastic bottles for amenities felt wasteful considering the hotel's supposed standard the coffee at breakfast was also not good

I experienced a few issues . My room was not serviced one day. I requested shower gel and it never arrived. The pool was great, but it took an unacceptable half hour to get a drink (there seemed to be a system problem).
